Application:
Bright green pigment is widely used in seasoning, pastry, baked food, puffed food, beverage, jam, jelly, green tea flavor food, mustard, pickled vegetables, ice cream, stuffing and other coloring.
Usage:
Natural Pigments In Food has good water solubility and alcohol solubility. Mixed Colorants can be dissolved directly by water or 70% alcohol according to the required amount, and then added into the ingredients to coloring, the dosage can be determined according to the required color. If Mixed Colorants For Confectionery Product is dissolved in hot water at about 50 C, the time of dissolving can be shortened.
