      Company Information QINMA’s Origin At the end of 1930s, besides the YangZi river there was a litter warm family. Everyday father went to fishing and when he came back mother has finished dinner.But as a boatman, father and his friends didn’t have enough money, so they found way to make sure that the dinner cheap and delicious. Mother prepared the hot pepper, ginger and shallot to cook hotpot for father and his friends, they felt warm and energetic. After that QINMA hotpot restaurant has been opened besides the river.      Detailed Images       Method Of Use 1. Slice fresh fish about 1.5kg,keep in a pot,add the kipper package(20g) and some cooking wine or white wine,and mix then well for 10-15 minutes. 2.Cook some vegetable oil with wok,fry the seasonal vegetables. 3.Put the seasoning(170g) in 800ml fresh soup or water, after boiling put the fish head in, after cooker put the fish steak,slices in, when 90% cooked, take them to the pot with fried vegetables. 4.Drop the dry seasoning (20g) on the fish surface(Increase or decrease the chinese prickly ash or chilli according to your taste). 5.Clean the wok and cook vegetable oil 150-200g to 80% cooked, when the oil itself starts to smoke pour it on the dry seasoning,it is ready to eat.   Certifications   Packaging & Shipping    FAQ   1.
